Principal's Message

Hubbard Families,

It has been a great week at Hubbard! Our Kindergarten students celebrated the 50th day of school, this semester has flown by! Our students enjoyed learning more about elections and got to vote at the polls for their favorite snack. Timberwolves voted, it was a tigth race but Goldfish won as the favorite snack!

Our 2nd grade classes are gearing up for their music performance on November 19th, we hope to see you there!

Have a wonderful weekend enjoying the beautiful fall colors!

Jacket Swap
Hubbard is excited to help CAST students from Reed Elementary with a service project! We have a donation box in the front lobby to drop off new or gently used winter items.
Message from Reed CAST:
Our CAST students are busy this year with student led community service projects. These students want to give back to their community while helping others and keeping clean, reusable winter gear out of the landfills. Please donate your clean and reusable winter weather gear (jackets, snow pants, boots, etc) at any of the Kuna School District Elementary Schools from October 30-November 8. Then come back to Reed Elementary on November 13, from 4-7 to choose items that fit your children's needs this winter. We want to thank Latte Da and Les Schwab for placing donation bins in their businesses to help collect donations. Our CAST students can not wait to see this community service project in action. Please email Mrs. Holmes at mpholmes@kunaschools.org if you have any questions.
