Hubbard Families,

As we celebrate Kindness Week at our school, I’m excited to share with you the wonderful activities planned to promote kindness and community spirit. Our students will be participating in various activities designed to encourage empathy, respect, and acts of kindness throughout the week. One special event we are proud to highlight is our Cold Cereal Drive in support of our local food bank. Please consider donating boxes of cold cereal to help provide nourishment to families in need. Your support is greatly appreciated and will make a big difference!

In addition, I would like to invite all families to our School Literacy Night on March 5th from 4:30-6:00 pm. This event will be a wonderful opportunity for students and families to explore the joy of reading together, with fun activities, book giveaways, and more! We hope you can join us for an evening dedicated to fostering a love of literacy in our school community. Please see the flyer below for more information!

We are excited to support our town's food bank this month and invite our school community to participate. We are asking families to donate a box of cereal to help provide nutritious meals for those in need. Donations can be dropped off at the school office, and we’ll be collecting them through February 28th. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference and helps support families in our community. Thank you for your generosity!

We are excited to welcome a new group of Kindergarten students to Hubbard! If you have a student who will be 5 on or before September 1, 2025 we would love to meet them! Join us for our open house on April 16th from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Students will meet our amazing Kindergarten teachers, tour the school and make a fun craft. If you have any paperwork you may turn it in at that time. Our Kindergarten screener will take place in August. For registration information please see our district website here.

Reminder: Please do not exit your vehicle in the drop off or pick up line! If you need to help your student please park your vehicle and walk them across the parking lot.
