From the Principal's Desk: Thank You and Important Reminders

Jog-a-Thon Success!
A huge thank you to all our families and students for making our annual Jog-a-Thon a massive success! Your support and enthusiasm helped us raise over $6000!
This money is already hard at work and will directly benefit our students by covering the costs of things like:
  • Field trips and busing
  • Essential teacher supplies and classroom resources
We truly appreciate your commitment to our school community!

Red Ribbon Week Fun
It was wonderful seeing so many students participate in the themed days and activities for Red Ribbon Week! Thank you to everyone who took part and helped us celebrate making healthy, positive choices. A big thank you to all who particpated in our annual Trunk or Treat! It was a SPOOK-tacular time!

Lost and Found is Overflowing!
Our Lost and Found is absolutely overflowing with jackets, lunch boxes, hats, and other items! If your student is missing something, please take a moment to come inside the school and check the Lost and Found area. We want to reunite these items with their owners before they are donated.

Important Date Reminder: No School on November 4th
Please remember that there will be no school on Monday, November 4th in observance of Election Day. We will see everyone back in class on Tuesday, November 5th.

Drop off/Pick up Reminder

Pick Up, Drop Off, and Parking Lot Safety
  • Safety of your child(ren) is our priority. Please pick up and drop off your child in the designated areas.
  • NO drop-off/pick-up in the bus lane.
  • No traffic or parking allowed in the bus lane.
  • Please pull forward as far as you can. Students will use the sidewalks to get to the building/playground at the beginning of the day and again to get to you car at the end of the day.
  • If you plan to walk up to pick up your students, please park in a parking spot in the parking lot and use crosswalks.
  • Drop off may begin no earlier than 8:30 AM.
  • Use designated cross walks to access the parking lot or playgrounds.
  • Be patient, especially as we start the school year and the pick up/drop off routine are new to many families.
  • Call the office by 2:00 PM if there will be a change in the way your child will normally go home so the teacher can be made aware of the change in plans.

*Wednesdays early release - 8:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Bell will signify the beginning of the day this year!
