Hello, Timberwolf Families!

As we lean into the beauty of spring, we have several important dates and reminders to share with you regarding the coming weeks.

🐾 Future Timberwolves: Kindergarten Open House
Do you have a little one ready to start school, or know a neighbor who does? We are hosting our Kindergarten Open House for the 2026-2027 school year!
  • Date: Wednesday, April 15th
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM We are so excited to meet the newest members of our Timberwolf pack!
🗓️ No School Friday April 17th
Enjoy a little extra family time! Please remember that there is no school Friday, April 17th, enjoy a long weekend!

🚌 Spring Field Trips & Volunteering
Spring is officially field trip season! To ensure your student doesn’t miss out on these exciting learning experiences, please keep a close eye on messages from your child’s teacher.
  • Permission Forms: Ensure these are signed and returned promptly via the teacher's preferred platform.
  • Chaperones: We love having you! If you plan to volunteer, a background check must be completed through the Kuna School District.
How to apply to volunteer:
  1. Visit the Kuna School District website.
  2. Navigate to the Career tab and click Employment.
  3. Scroll down to the section titled "Do you want to be a volunteer?" to complete your application.

We are truly thankful for your continued partnership in your child's education!

Drop off/Pick up Reminder

Pick Up, Drop Off, and Parking Lot Safety
  • Safety of your child(ren) is our priority. Please pick up and drop off your child in the designated areas.
  • NO drop-off/pick-up in the bus lane.
  • No traffic or parking allowed in the bus lane.
  • Please pull forward as far as you can. Students will use the sidewalks to get to the building/playground at the beginning of the day and again to get to you car at the end of the day.
  • If you plan to walk up to pick up your students, please park in a parking spot in the parking lot and use crosswalks.
  • Drop off may begin no earlier than 8:30 AM.
  • Use designated cross walks to access the parking lot or playgrounds.
  • Be patient, especially as we start the school year and the pick up/drop off routine are new to many families.
  • Call the office by 2:00 PM if there will be a change in the way your child will normally go home so the teacher can be made aware of the change in plans.

*Wednesdays early release - 8:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Bell will signify the beginning of the day this year!
