Hello, Timberwolf Families!

As we lean into the beauty of spring, we have several important dates and reminders to share with you regarding the coming weeks.

🐾 Future Timberwolves: Kindergarten Open House

Do you have a little one ready to start school, or know a neighbor who does? We are hosting our Kindergarten Open House for the 2026-2027 school year!

Date: Wednesday, April 15th
Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM We are so excited to meet the newest members of our Timberwolf pack!

🗓️ No School Friday April 17th

Enjoy a little extra family time! Please remember that there is no school Friday, April 17th, enjoy a long weekend!

🚌 Spring Field Trips & Volunteering

Spring is officially field trip season! To ensure your student doesn’t miss out on these exciting learning experiences, please keep a close eye on messages from your child’s teacher.

Permission Forms: Ensure these are signed and returned promptly via the teacher's preferred platform.
Chaperones: We love having you! If you plan to volunteer, a background check must be completed through the Kuna School District.

How to apply to volunteer:

Visit the Kuna School District website.
Navigate to the Career tab and click Employment.
Scroll down to the section titled "Do you want to be a volunteer?" to complete your application.

Calling all mothers and sons! Join us for a fun game of dodgeball grades K-5 on April 25th!

Lego EXPO

On Saturday, April 11th our elementary Lego Clubs are hosting an EXPO. Volunteers are needed, if you would like to sign up to help please use this link!

Drop off/Pick up Reminder

Pick Up, Drop Off, and Parking Lot Safety

Safety of your child(ren) is our priority. Please pick up and drop off your child in the designated areas.
NO drop-off/pick-up in the bus lane.
No traffic or parking allowed in the bus lane.
Please pull forward as far as you can. Students will use the sidewalks to get to the building/playground at the beginning of the day and again to get to you car at the end of the day.
If you plan to walk up to pick up your students, please park in a parking spot in the parking lot and use crosswalks.
Drop off may begin no earlier than 8:30 AM.
Use designated cross walks to access the parking lot or playgrounds.
Be patient, especially as we start the school year and the pick up/drop off routine are new to many families.
Call the office by 2:00 PM if there will be a change in the way your child will normally go home so the teacher can be made aware of the change in plans.
